Sale pages

To set up your page, you need to fill all your event details in the 'Edit' section first. Then, whether you are organising a single or multi-slot event, you'll have to fill in your 'Availability' details. Choose your ticket types, price them, and you'll be all set for sharing your booking link! Check the guide below to learn more about how to set up your page and share it on your online platforms.

Custom branding

If you want to personalise your booking page, you can start adding your logo at the top of the page. Click the button below to learn how to add your logo!

Further customisations are available for ARTSVP users.

Send us colours and fonts and we will custom brand your pages for you! Get in touch via our live chat or send us an email [email protected].

Fees and Charges

ARTSVP charges a standard charge of 5%. In addition to this charge there is also a variable charge from our payment processor Stripe, which varies depending on the type of card used to make the purchase. Further details in the article below.

Booking cancellation and refunds

With ARTSVP you can allow booking cancellations and process refunds. Make sure you have ticked 'Allow booking cancellations' in the 'Edit' section (image below).

If instead your policy doesn't allow refunds, remember to either untick 'Allow booking cancellations' or to insert a clear cancellation message (i.e. Please be advised, this event is non-refundable).
