Booking systems have been around for a long time. Recently and as a result of COVID we have started to use booking systems more and more.
Before starting ARTSVP we were frustrated with the existing solutions.
Often booking systems had too many steps, took too long to complete and generally was a stressful experience.
Additionally we found it frustrating how many system tried to get you to download an app or create an account just to make a one-off booking.
So we decided to give it a go. Our aim was to keep it simple and flexible. We wanted to create a system that could be used in for multiple tasks across a broad range of businesses.
We also wanted to make sure it was easy to set up and manage.
1 or 2 Step booking
We have worked hard to make sure that a booking can be made in as few steps as possible.
If you are running a single event then your customers will only have to enter email, name and number of tickets to book.
If you have multiple time slots then there is just one additional page. The customer can see availability, pick a slot (step 1) then add their details (step 2) and confirm the booking.
